Suggestions for saving your top layer for your First Anniversary Ask a responsible person to take your top tier home. Put the cake into the freezer to harden the icing . Two days later take the cake out of the cake box and wrap cake with saran wrap. Then, wrap cake twice with foil and place in cake box provided. Cover box with foil. Place cake back in freezer. When removing cake from freezer, immediately remove wrappings, loosely cover cake and let thaw. Your cake will be as beautiful as the day of your wedding. |
